An Engineered Approach to Predict Positive Results
Coldwell-Wilcox engineers can design three-dimensional solid models in CAD.
ProCAST™ three-dimensional finite element analysis software estimates nodule counts, flow of metal in molds, and thermal data; predicts porosity; and allows visualization of the effects of design decisions.
Using CADDS5™ from Computervision and Pro-E, Coldwell-Wilcox engineers can create three-dimensional models of the part before patterns are produced on a five-axis NC router.
CIS CAD/CAM 5-axis NC Router is driven by CVNC-M5 machining software with full 5-axis contouring.
Coldwell-Wilcox provides everything needed to achieve the highest quality product in the shortest time frame possible, all at the lowest cost.
Patterns are produced by skilled craftsmen who provide a full range of services, including the ability to repair, alter or rig patterns.
