Parts and Customer Service
The Sales and Customer Service Department is equipped to provide customers with a single source for information on the processing of purchase orders and related follow-up for castings and metal fabrications. The Production Department works closely with the Sales and Customer Service Department to ensure the flow of pertinent information and timely delivery of products.

With each product produced, Coldwell-Wilcox strives to meet or exceed customer expectations and the highest personal standards of quality.
